This page is a short overview of my posts on a 1963 Tripet MHP 500 surface grinder that I picked up and put back to work. The Tripet is a compact, Swiss-built grinder. Mine originally came from the Werkzeugmaschinen-Laboratorium at ETH Zürich and now lives in my workshop.

Like my ultrasonic anemometer project, this is something a bit more involved. So there will be a series of posts. This page serves as a directory for all my posts about my MPPT solar charger. More will definitely be comming up…

My name’s Lukas. All my life I’ve been fascinated by anything technical and electronics in particular. With some help from my dad I soldered blinking lights and morse keys by the age of 12. Later, as a teenager, I got my ham radio license but have never done much with it. I guess I find tweeking circuits more fun than being on air.
